Hi everyone, I just received my parcel in which I bought this primer from Budgie. I am trying this first time but now I am little confused as it’s written on it “Pre makeup mask” so it is a primer or primer mask ? Is there any difference between them ? If anyone has it kindly share your knowledge about it.

Hi! I have this one and i use it as a primer and it is supose to be used as primer. I know that the name is confusing but it's supose to prep you're skin before you're makeup the rest of the makeup looks flawless and stays on for the hole day. It also have nourishing ingredients that are benifits for you're skin 💦✨
